Foundation for a College Education's (FCE) mission is to increase the number of students of color from East Palo Alto, California and similar communities who graduate with a degree from a four-year college or university.
We accomplish our mission by providing free, comprehensive college access and retention services that enable our students to successfully enroll in and graduate from the colleges and universities that best meet their academic and personal needs.
